Join us in the fight against melanoma and skin cancer.
May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and the first Monday in May is designated as Melanoma Monday. Thanks to monies raised during last year’s 3rd Annual Shoopy Scramble Charity Golf Tournament, Eisenhower Medical Center is able to:
- Quadruple free skin cancer screenings offered from 50 to 200
- Offer free transportation services to and from screenings
- Offer community lecture specifically on Melanoma
Brett Shoopman (Shoopy) commented about last year’s event.
“As a Malignant Melanoma survivor, I am truly blessed with the opportunity to host the 4th annual Shoopy Scramble Charity Golf Tournament on Sunday, April 3, 2016. I am passionate about helping others in the fight against Melanoma. The Shoopy Scramble is a golf tournament that raises funds to support the Eisenhower Lucy Curci Cancer Center of Excellence to fight this rapidly growing cancer.”
Look for more information about this year’s event, and our participation, coming soon.
